Yes, our LIFEPROOF stock is sourced from the two main authorised Australian appointed distributors. All cases are dispatched with a genuine serial number. From time-to-time when items are unavailable from our Australian distributors, we source stock directly from LIFEPROOF USA or other international authorised distributors.
Simply login to your account and click on the "Warranty Submit Button" - fill in your details and submit the form. Within 8 business hours you will be contacted by our team and they will make the process as simple as possible and do their very best to inconvenience you as little as possible. If the goods are faulty on arrival you can be reimbursed for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Yes you can but, the chances are we may not be able to stop your order from being dispatched. Once you receive your order you can return it at your cost. On the basis that all the goods arrive back to us in the brand new condition that they were dispatched in, we will happily refund your purchase price with the exception of any delivery costs.

All the LifeActiv accessories connect to your case via the LIFEPROOF QuickMount Adaptor. There is usually a QuickMount Adaptor in every LifeActiv product but you can also buy them separately by clicking here.

The LIFEPROOF QuickMount adaptor can attach itself to all LIFEPROOF cases and many more, the limitations are really around the design and materials used on the case in question.
